Novuz Inc. builds deterministic modernization software that converts legacy data warehouse logic (schemas, stored procedures, ETL packages and orchestration) into production-ready pipelines on Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake and open table formats such as Apache Iceberg and Delta Lake. About 95% of objects convert by fixed, versioned rules with no AI model calls, so the same code in always gives the same code out; the remaining edge cases are resolved with engineer approval. Every converted object ships with a reconciliation report, and the software runs inside the customer’s own environment. Novuz calls this model Continuous Modernization as a Product (CMaaP). Debjani Dhar, Co-founder and CEO. Previously a delivery executive at Accenture, where she led application modernization programs of $10 million and more. Her background spans machine learning, data warehousing and cloud architecture.
Ted Ghose, Co-founder and CTO. Former Principal Engineer at Cisco and early team member at Contrail Systems. Holds more than 15 patents in networking, embedded systems and cloud computing. Graduate of IIT Kharagpur.
