Debjani combines strategic delivery leadership and business development acumen with deep technical knowledge in machine learning, data warehousing, and cloud architecture. She holds an engineering degree. Before Novuz, she successfully led $10M+ modernization initiatives at Accenture as a delivery executive. 

Ted shapes the innovation strategy at Novuz, bringing a deep passion for technology and a strong track record in building advanced systems. Previously a Principal Engineer at Cisco and an early team member at Contrail Systems, he holds 15+ patents spanning embedded systems, networking, and energy management. Ted is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur.

Subhajit serves as the Lead Architect for the Novuz offshore team, bringing a strong blend of programming expertise and deep knowledge of software architecture and packaging. A quick learner and skilled problem-solver, he is a key contributor to the success of the Novuz team.
